What steps are you taking to ensure safe handling of products and deliveries during covid-19?

We would like to reassure you of the actions Selestia Intl. is taking to keep you, and our employees’ safe, as well as the community at large.

We have significantly increased sanitation procedures in the warehouse and delivery vehicles
• All staff members have undergone thorough training on hygiene practices
• All warehouse and delivery teams have their temperature measured daily
• All orders are cleaned and disinfected before they go to your homes and are handled with protective gloves
• Delivery teams have been equipped with disinfectants to sanitize their hands before every pick-up and drop-off

Are the products authentic?

Selestia Intl. brings 100% genuine high end authentic brand & drugstore products which are directly sourced from the brands, authorized distributors & manufacturers.

What is the payment procedure?

For now we are only providing Cash on Delivery inside Dhaka, for emergency purpose and outside Dhaka you can use Bkash Payment method in a personal number: 01756938664. You must bkash the full amount of your desire product with bkash fee & delivery fee.

Can I use my Master/VISA/American Express card to purchase your products from your website?

This is under process soon you will be able to purchase through your cards.

Can I bkash the amount to purchase my desire product from the website?

Yes, soon you can as it is under process.
In case of urgency or outside Dhaka, you can use the following Bkash personal number: 01756938664. You must bkash the full amount of your desire product with bkash fee & home delivery fee. Our Merchant number is work in progress soon you will be provided with it.

What is your delivery fee inside Dhaka?

100 taka

Do you deliver outside Dhaka? What’s the delivery fee for outside Dhaka? Which deliver service do you use?

Yes, we do deliver outside Dhaka. We use Shundarban Courier Service/ S.A. Paribahan Courier Service.

The delivery charge will be from Tk-120-Tk250, depending on the size and weight of the product. If any product exceeds 3kg extra Tk 200 will be added. This price has nothing to do with Selestia, it’s totally controlled by the courier service providers.

How does the delivery process work?

Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.
• After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
• Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach you to your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
